Half A Car Inc, a US based company, pioneered the introduction of the PCP finance product to the UK and ROW. Spearheading the Ford Options programme, we led the Renewal Program for 12 years, adapting and expanding customer retention strategies across the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Developing and implementing, training programmes that focused on making the point of sale, the point of resale which ignited our passion for retention. Strengthening dealership loyalty and increasing revenue, led to the Options PCP product representing 80% of captive funding in the UK.
We founded the Pioneer programme with Kia Academy, which enabled participating Dealers to determine the training needs for the network and was invited by Korea to facilitate the Sales and Service Academies across 63 international markets.
At Loyalty Logistix Ltd, we developed and implemented sales-driven loyalty solutions for dealer groups and global automotive brands. These programs rewarded customers for their aftersales engagement, allowing them to accumulate benefits toward their next vehicle purchase.
At CitNOW, integrating video technology into dealerships revolutionised customer engagement. We trained and coached salespeople, aftersales advisors, technicians, and digital sales teams to use video for creating personalised, engaging touchpoints, setting new industry benchmarks.
Most recently, at Automotive Transformation Group, we developed a world-class training infrastructure that empowered global teams and supported digital retail transformation. By seamlessly integrating AI, eLearning, and data-driven insights, we optimised training efficiency, strengthened customer loyalty, and fuelled business growth.
